Your customers get the history you've been keeping for them

You know what worked for a player. Which string, what tension, the one they hated, the frame they've had since 2019. They don't. So every few months someone asks what did you put in last time? and the honest answer involves squinting at a notebook — or a guess that undoes two years of getting it right.

Every player can now have their own Equipment Journal. Their rackets, every restring you've logged, the exact string down to gauge and color, the tension, and how each setup felt to play. They claim it with a secure invite link — no account for you to create, no password for you to reset.

It's built for a phone, because that's where they'll read it. It installs to a home screen and opens straight to their rackets. And it opens on a daily feed from professional tennis: title wins, upsets, documented equipment and tension changes — with stories flagged when a pro strings near their tension or plays their racket brand. It is the one tennis feed that can be about the reader.

Everything in it comes from a verified record. Official results, official rankings, documented setups. No rumors, and nothing written by a machine pretending to be a reporter. A story appears when something actually changed, and it drops off after seven days — so what they're reading is always this week.

What it doesn't do yet. The Journal is part of Pro and up, so if a shop's plan doesn't include it, that shop's players don't see the Journal view. Nothing is lost while it's off and it comes back when the plan does. And a Journal doesn't yet travel with a player between shops — today it is their history at your shop. We think a portable record is the right end state and we haven't built it; we'd rather say that than imply otherwise.
