Terms of Use

Last updated July 2026

Racketworks is in a pilot phase. These terms are intentionally plain-language and will get more formal as the product matures — email us if you need anything clarified before relying on it for your business.

The service

Racketworks provides a stringing-shop console and a player-facing Equipment Journal. Shops are responsible for the accuracy of the data they enter and for how they communicate with their own customers.

Your data, your ownership

A shop's business data belongs to that shop. A player's Equipment Journal — their racket, restring, and setup history — belongs to them; they keep access to it regardless of whether they keep working with a particular shop.

Payments

Racketworks does not currently process payments on a shop's behalf — payment tracking in the console records amounts a shop has already collected by other means. Pricing for using Racketworks itself is set individually during the current pilot phase; email hello@racketworks.tennis to discuss terms for your shop.

No warranty, pilot stage

Racketworks is provided as-is during this pilot phase, without guarantees of uptime or fitness for a particular purpose. We work quickly to fix real problems — email us if something's wrong.
