Certified Partners

The best racquet people already advise the shops around them.

Racketworks doesn't have a sales team, and isn't going to get one. Software this specific gets adopted because someone a shop already trusts sat down and helped them switch. That person is a Certified Partner.

What a partner actually does

Brings a shop across

Discovery conversation, a walk through a real workshop, and the honest answer about whether Racketworks fits. Sometimes the honest answer is no.

Does the hard part: the data

Years of spreadsheets, half-remembered string costs, a customer list with three spellings of the same name. Migrating that faithfully is the craft — and it is what the certification tests.

Stays after go-live

Trains the staff, sets up the price book, and is there for the first Monday morning when the shop reads its own numbers.

How the arrangement works

A partner shares in the relationships they bring — a percentage of what those shops pay, for as long as they stay. It declines over the years of a customer's life, because the first year is where the work is. It continues only while the partner is active, because it is a share of a relationship, not a finder's fee. The exact numbers are part of the conversation and the agreement, not a sign-up page.

Partners who run their own shop use Racketworks at a standing discount while they are certified.

What this is not
  • You are never paid for recruiting other partners. There is no downline.
  • No territories and no exclusivity. Nobody owns a ZIP code.
  • No buy-in, no fee, nothing to purchase to become a partner.
  • A partner advises the shop. A partner never sits between a shop and its players.

The founding group

Right now this is small and by invitation — a first group, worked with personally, whose sessions become the playbook everyone after them is trained on. Founding Partner is a permanent designation. If that sounds like the room you belong in, say so below.

Apply to become a partner

This is an application to join the partner program — not a Racketworks account. If you were looking to try the software for your own shop, start here instead.

Terry reads every one of these personally.
